In this capacity, you will participate in the monitoring and control of the activities of the Customer Service Compensation Department, within the following framework:
- Participate in the structuring and carrying out of work related to data governance and quality by introducing the use of data science and machine learning algorithms to detect anomalies in the data,
- Analysis of business and functional process flows to extract knowledge and value (process mining) with the Celonis tool,
- Lead cross-functional projects initiated by the technical or activity management teams (establishment of data marts and dashboards) in order to simplify daily activity and reduce operational risks,
- Respond to cross-functional management requests within the DISC.

Profile / Skills
You are following statistical training, data processing or equivalent.
You master SAS tools (V9 and Enterprise Guide).
You have a spirit of analysis and synthesis, agile and you have a taste for teamwork, you are rigorous, and endowed with interpersonal skills
You speak english
