Job Description

Allianz France, since 2016, has been developing capabilities in the field of Big Data and AI. This resulted in the creation of a dedicated department in 2018, bringing together employees of various profiles: Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Product Owners, Dev Web and more recently Data Science Product Leader.

The Customer Data and Journey Analytics team is one of the 4 teams in this department. This team has 3 key subject groups (Data Governance, Customer Knowledge and Journey Analytics) for a total of around 15 people and its areas of responsibilities include:

• Ensure the implementation of Data projects from the opportunity study (POC, POV) to production and run monitoring
• Implementation of AI projects with strong business impacts: predictive models, NLP, Scoring, etc.
• Assist the company's operational processes with AI and Big Data tools (5M acts assisted by AI in 2020)
• Democratize access to Data (api & apps)

A Data task force was created in May 2021 within the Customer Data and Journey Analytics team to help achieve this objective. The approach adopted is innovative with an operational impact in the short term.

Key Responsibilities

Within the Customer Data and Journey Analytics team, under the responsibility of the Data Product Owner, you will have the role of Assistant Data Analytics / Engineer (M/F). As such, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Owner Data and Data Scientists to carry out Ad Hoc studies
• Contribute to the realization of Data Engineering works
• Contribute to the management of projects / PoC / PoV and interactions with different trades within Allianz

Profile and skills

Let's talk about you:

• Coming from a higher education in a related field (engineering, statistics, mathematics)
• Experiences in data analysis
• Expertise with data analysis and Big Data tools, including:
• SQL
• “Python” and “Pyspark”
• A positive and constructive spirit
• Fluent in English
• Excellent analytical, writing and analytical skills
• If possible, a good knowledge of the insurance business
