 your future fields of activity

• Creation of customer clusters, affinity and data models with reference to internal and external data
• Data-based support of customer acquisition measures, as well as churn, cross-selling and customer value enhancement measures
• Use of advanced and predictive analytics to develop future business areas and opportunities
• Derivation of strategic measures and fields of action to increase digitally initiated sales
• Development and provision of reports and dashboards to assess the measures and derive recommendations for action
• Development of machine learning models for process automation of core insurance areas

 Qualities you need for your new career

• Completed studies with an analytical focus (e.g. in mathematics, statistics, data science, (business) computer science)
• Professional experience or basic knowledge in the field of insurance is an advantage
• Expertise with data models and data mining
• Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven work, knowledge of SAS, R and Python
• Growth mindset and test and learn mentality
• Teamwork
• Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
