Job Description

We are looking for passionate people who would like to join our team as interns in the area of ​​data prompt engineering. This is your chance to work on the pulse of artificial intelligence and have a real impact on IT service portfolio management strategy.

As a Data Prompt Engineer Intern, you will be an important part of our Service Portfolio Management team, refining and developing content recommendations to improve user experience. You will work with cross-functional teams, monitor the effectiveness of content recommendations, optimize the prompt generation process, and stay abreast of the latest advances in artificial intelligence. Your role is important in driving the strategy of our IT services portfolio and contributing to our overall success.

You will

• You implement and develop excellent knowledge of natural language processing in existing service portfolio management processes
• To do this, you apply machine learning knowledge to existing functional rules
• You will develop extensive knowledge of developing AI-generated content within the service design framework
• You optimize robust and solid processes into lean and efficient workflows
• You coordinate the maintenance of ongoing portfolio management activities and the continuous development of change and transformation activities
• You drive the simplification of reporting functions and the creation of reports for senior management

Your skills 

• Passionate about artificial intelligence and a desire to work at the intersection of technology and content
• Excellent knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning
• In-depth knowledge of algorithms and various AI models
• Basic programming knowledge and basic ITIL knowledge
• Study of computer science, data science or a related field
• Experience with data analysis techniques
• Knowledge of business and business transformation
• Teamwork and the ability to work with diverse professional backgrounds
• Strong collaboration skills
• You are available now and are interested in a full-time internship (38h/week) for 6 months

In order to complete an internship or to be able to work as a working student, you must be enrolled at a university (a gap year is also possible for an internship)
