Job Description

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Data Prompt Engineer Trainee. This is your chance to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence and make a real impact on IT service portfolio management strategy.

As a Data Prompt Engineer intern, you'll be at the heart of our Service Portfolio Management team, refining and developing content recommendations to improve user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor the effectiveness of content recommendations, optimize the prompt generation process, and stay on top of the latest advances in artificial intelligence. Your role is important to driving our IT services portfolio strategy, contributing to our overall success. 

You will

• Implement and develop Excellent knowledge of natural language processing in existing service portfolio management processes 
• Apply knowledge of Machine Learning in existing functional rules 
• Imprint comprehensive knowledge of AI generated content development within the Service Design framework 
• Streamline robust and solid processes into lean and efficient workflows 
• Coordinate the run portfolio management activities maintenance and the continuous development of change and transformation activities 
• Drive the simplification of reporting functionalities and preparation of senior management reports

Your skills 

• A passion for AI and a desire to work at the intersection of technology and content  

• Excellent knowledge of natural language processing and Machine Learning  
• In-depth knowledge of algorithms and various AI Models  
• Basic coding skills and ITIL Foundations knowledge  
• Pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.  
• Experience with data analysis techniques  
• Economics and business transformation knowledge  
• Team skills and ability to work with different professional backgrounds   
• Strong collaboration skills   
• You can start immediately and if you are interested in an internship for 6 months – 1 year in full-time (38h/week)

Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
