Job Description

Main responsibilities

. Provide support in defining the company's data strategy;

. Develop a transformation plan that outlines the current, transition, and future data architecture. Create and Manage/maintain data solutions/systems with a vision and guideline, lead/support/supervise the development of projects related to data architecture;

. Oversee data management and regulatory topics (e.g. governance, quality, MDM, BI and analytics, privacy, security, etc.);

. Create the technical data architecture that enables the capabilities and principles defined in the reference data architecture, lead the organization to follow guidelines on different data resources;

. Design/improve standard processes relating to data acquisition, storage and consumption;

. Evaluate/identify vendor solutions, technology options and best practices and leverage the most suitable option;

. Actively work with external data providers, Allianz Technologia and other OEs of the Allianz group to implement data architecture structures and methodologies in a service-oriented environment.

Main requirements

. Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems Management, Data Science or Software Engineering;

. 2-3 years experience in database management;

. Advanced knowledge of SQL

. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);

. Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as Python, Java or Scala;

.Experience in using environments for development, machine learning, model implementation, streaming, microservices and APIs;

. Experience in troubleshooting, bug fixing, debugging;

. Knowledge of Dimensional Modeling;

. Knowledge of Data Mesh/Data Decentralization based on domains;

. Fluency in Portuguese

. Good knowledge of English;

. Excellence towards the customer and the market, entrepreneurship and trust;

. Strong organizational project management skills;

. Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills;

. Ability to work independently and in a team.
