Job Description

We are recently developing analytics capabilities and aim to adopt quantitative, time-series data analytics to measure and understand the patterns of economic success, application usage & user experience, as well as application performance.

What you will do

• Project management support for AllianzGI’s analytics and customer success management project in implementation phase, with a cross-proposition, quantitative data analytics measurement as the key deliverable.
• Actively participate in data analytics workshops and problem-solving sessions as an integral team member.
• Help shape the target picture of data analytics measurement, dashboard visualization, operating model, data structure & architecture and process across defined propositions.
• Work closely with IT and Data Provider(s) to connect data sources and deliver the concrete Analytics Dashboard Visualization as minimum viable product (MVP) based on project timeline.
• Develop and conduct communication materials, including online dashboard and presentations, to drive discussion and decision making.
• Support the project team in day-to-day tasks.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Engineering and Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business or Mathematics with excellent results
• Having experience of using web analytics (e.g., Microsoft PowerBI and web analytics) for start-up, project or work is essential
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a strong hands-on mentality, a can-do attitude and in a collaborative manner
• Good team player. Being curious, asking the right questions and challenging the status quo
• Proficiency in German and English languages, both written and spoken
• Having practical experience in creating digital products with data analytics tracking is considered a plus
• Availability for 6+ months on 20 hours per week, starting from January 2024
