Job Description

The Machine Learning Engineer is a member of the Data Science team within the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence. With general direction, you will be responsible for scaling up AI/ML solutions across the company. You will work with a team of data scientists and technical teams to support the development, deployment and maintenance of machine learning models that drive business value across the enterprise. You will report to the Data Science Manager.

What you do:

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy AI/machine learning models into production environments
• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing, model deployment and model retraining
• Implement strategies for model monitoring, implementing logging, alerting and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues related to data quality, systems integration, security, and compliance

What you bring:

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience required
• 1-3 years of experience with Master's degree or at least 5 years of experience
• Programing skills in Python and R, including the ability to write clean and reproducible code
• Proficiency in SQL and building data pipelines
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production
• Experience with version control using git
• Collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing machine learning models in production and model monitoring
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing and documentation
