Main responsibilities
. Implement methodologies for preparing the plan and commercial policies of the Distribution, Mediation and Bank Department
. Analyze and control compliance with the objectives of the Distribution, Mediation and Banking Department
. Promote the development of data analytics tools for automation and information integration
. Collect, process and analyze the management indicators (KPIs) necessary for the control and development of the Sales network
. Collaborate in the preparation of reports to be sent to the Allianz Group
. Monitor and control the remuneration system for Mediators
. Actively contribute with ideas for continuous process improvement
. Collaborate on projects in which the Distribution, Mediation and Bank Department is involved
Main requirements
. Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in Economics, Management, Information Management, Business Intelligence or Data Science
. Knowledge of the SAS Enterprise Guide tool (preferred)
. Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
. Mastery of MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint
. Fluent in Portuguese
. Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
. Excellence towards the customer and the market, entrepreneurship and trust
. Good ability to analyze and solve problems, planning and organization, team spirit, results orientation, ability to adapt and change
