• Join the dynamic Group Data and AI (GDA) department at Allianz's global headquarters, where we're at the forefront of shaping the strategic agenda for Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). • As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll be a crucial part of our team, collaborating within an interdisciplinary environment under the guidance of the Head of Business Data Services in the Data Intelligence team. Your role involves spearheading globally scalable Data Analytics and AI solutions, amplifying the impact of analytics and AI in vital areas like Claims, Sales, and Operations. Collaborating on strategic business intelligence initiatives will be one of your focal points to elevate data-driven decision-making.

• Lead cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver impactful Data Analytics and AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and foster collaborative synergy.
• Utilize your deep technical understanding to guide solution design, ensure alignment with best practices, and troubleshoot challenges.
• Implement rigorous testing, validation processes, and adhere to industry standards to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, adapt plans to mitigate risks, and accommodate evolving business needs.
• Mentor junior team members, foster their growth, and contribute to a culture of learning through insights and documentation.

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline, providing a strong academic foundation for technical expertise.
• Strong expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to guide solution design and provide technical insights.
•  Proven experience in successfully leading and managing complex projects, showcasing the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources efficiently, and deliver projects on time.
• A strategic thinker with the capability to align project objectives with broader business goals, crafting and executing strategies that drive impactful Data Analytics and AI solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and business stakeholders, fostering a cohesive environment and facilitating cooperation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of challenges, formulation of innovative solutions, and adjustment of strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Previous experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture, while providing effective project leadership that inspires and motivates the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of data analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and AI frameworks, along with hands-on experience in implementing solutions that leverage data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Data Analytics and AI projects on schedule and within budget.
