Job Description

What you’ll do:

Business and Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop reports, and provide recommendations for improving processes and optimizing performance.

Works collaboratively with stakeholders to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document data and business requirements of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Gather and compile data from various sources, conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Create meaningful visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Business Insights:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and information needs.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement and business growth.

Data Quality Assurance:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing data validation and cleansing activities.
• Implement data quality standards and best practices to maintain data integrity

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with teams across the organization, including GO functions, Data Science, Data Enablement and RPA teams, to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Participate in meetings and discussions to provide data-driven insights.

What you need to bring:

• Typically a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience as a business analyst or data analyst in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data quality assurance and data cleansing.
