We are looking for a People Analytics Solutions Lead to join our People Analytics, Surveys, Models & Tools team.

In this role you will be designing and implementing systems and dashboards to inform strategic talent decisions. You will advise and design HR system infrastructure that will be used in developing self-service approaches to deliver key insights and talent metrics. You will leverage your strong analytics technical expertise (data science, data visualizations and/or data engineering) to develop meaningful dashboard and analytics. Your work will accelerate access to critical business insights, inform talent decisions, and shed light on previously unconnected people metrics leading to improved recruitment practices, organizational effectiveness and an enhanced team member experience. Your knowledge of HR data, analytics, processes, and systems (with a focus on PowerBI expertise) will help us enable a data-driven mindset in HR and advance our analytics capabilities.

How to make your mark:

  • Designs and implements systems and dashboards to inform strategic talent decisions.
  • Leads and drives to improve the process of developing people analytics automated, real-time, self-service reports on talent metrics aligned to business or function needs.
  • Applies superior subject matter expertise in data infrastructure and reporting systems to develop solutions that provide business and HR leadership insights.
  • Oversees data collection, provides superior analyses and interpretation/evaluation of workforce metrics.
  • Develops advanced and innovative statistical/financial analytical models and techniques.
  • Monitors and improves systems that track business progress against the execution of talent plans, working with key stakeholders to ensure metrics and calculations are aligned with corporate principles.
  • Ensures people analytics solutions processes are cost-effective and efficient.
  • Delivers data driven insights to support actionable strategic talent direction.
  • Collaborates with executives across the company (business, HR, finance, etc) in the development, implementation, and monitoring of talent plans. Builds and presents automated, real-time dashboards and reports to HR and business executives.
  • Keeps pulse of external industry trends, systems capabilities and improvement opportunities to integrate into people analytics solutions.
  • As appropriate, shares expertise and provides guidance to more junior resources on day-to-day development and troubleshooting.

About you:

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree in computer science, information systems, data science, statistics and/or business preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years experience in information system and/or business administration, preferably in support of HR.
  • Superior design, build and analytic capabilities in PowerBI, both from a systems back end and front-end usability and visualizations perspective.
  • Mastery of SQL with the ability to develop code to meet modeling and data infrastructure needs.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with HR information systems, particularly Workday, with the ability to extract, manipulate and optimize the data flows needed to build dashboards that meet pressing business issues.
  • Superior business, financial and HR acumen.
  • Strong analytics technical expertise (data science, data visualizations and/or data engineering).
  • Ability to skillfully interpret datasets and develop analyses, preparing meaningful dashboards and reports for executives.
  • Superior program management, process development, leadership, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions that are forward thinking and congruent with industry trends.
