What you’ll do:

As a Solution Architect, the candidate will be responsible for driving our technical strategy alignment, ensuring the successful design & implementation of cutting-edge solutions around

• Data Engineering
• Big Data Platform Management
• Advanced Analytics
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• Connected Intelligence (IoT & AR/VR) and in providing executive-level communication to both internal teams and external stakeholders (end customers).

 This role is pivotal in shaping the adoption of emerging technology landscape & business solutions we provide through Advisory & Professional Services to the customers of HPE.

This role is pivotal in shaping the adoption of emerging technology landscape & business solutions we provide through Advisory & Professional Services to the customers of HPE.

Technology Vision:

• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Automation, Programming, Data Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence arena.
• Solution Architecture:
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust technical solutions.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture aligns with business requirements and scalability needs.
• Leadership and Team Management:
•  Mentor, Coach and lead a high-performing team of technical experts of a matrixed organization
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•  Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure:
• Oversee the management and optimization of cloud platforms and infrastructure, as a partner along side a dedicated Hybrid Cloud practice.
• Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Programming and Development:
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for development projects

 Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and coding standards.

 Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence:

• Lead initiatives related to data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Drive the integration and utilization of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies for business advantage.
• Executive Communication:
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and clients.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports on technical initiatives and achievements.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Programming, Data Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven track record in executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Expertise in solution architecture and system design, while having hands-on experience
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Extensive experience in Data Engineering, AI & IoT technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
