Job Description

• Leading user engagement and data science activity in regular product deployment cycle: predeployment engagement, market customization, testing, improving + BAU monitoring. 
• Own the data science road map for the product and leading the development with/without 3rd parties support, coordinating data science related tasks with other tech teams (MLOps, Solution Factory etc). 
• Direct engagement for innovative project initiatives, lead the conversation, solution design and development for MVPs. 
• Data Science capability development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Data Science, Computer Science
• Good Business Acumen, Agility
• Data-Native platform for full ML cycle (Databricks), Data processing and modelling (Python/PySpark/Scala) , ML lifecycle management platform/tool (MLflow), statistical modelling, machine learning, A/B test set up and analytical skills
• Passion for High Performance
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Stakeholder management
