Job Background

As part of our acceleration of the use of data to accelerate our business, we are looking for a Data Specialist profile to join our team.

The main missions:

• Database Management : Cleaning, Enrichment, Segmentation (CRM Salesforce, Data Lake, Opt-in,…)
• Data Science/AI : Management of innovative projects using artificial intelligence to improve ;improve productivity of the field sales force (Lead Scoring, Route Planning, Predictive model…), in collaboration with an agency
• Business intelligence: Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboard at; use of multiple functions
• Transformation and adoption: Collaboration with multiple internal interlocutors to engage them around the data solutions developed

Interlocutors on a daily basis :

• Manager: BI Lead
• BI Team: Business Performances Analyst, CDOps Specialist, Master Data & IT Assistant, BI Lead
• Field Team: Area Director, Field Sales Analyst
• Global Team: Digital Selling & Data Team

Profile wanted :

• Coming from an engineering school Master Data Science or equivalent by experience
• Advanced knowledge ;e in mathematics, understanding of algorithms, Statistics and programming
• Advanced knowledge of Big Data, Data Science and data management (qualification and organization, understanding of data sources ), Data visualization and data interpretation
• Experience in machine learning, programming, data science tools & Database management & use of algorithms
• Autonomous mastery of languages ??& data science tools (Python, Spark, SQL, Dataiku, Microsft SQL, Microsoft Azure…)
• Advanced skills in Excel & Power BI
• Good presentation and influencing skills
• Interpretation of data to support strategic decisions
