Background & Purpose of the Job

Leaddata unification and simplification across Category Management initiatives for the grocery business. The ACMM will develop strong relationships internally and identify patterns or opportunities to drive action-based data driven insights throughstreamlining processes and creating data visualizations across Grocery. Leverage Category Growth Strategy Decks and Assess project requirements and develop data analysis algorithms leveraging linear algebra, statistics, and Mathematic concepts.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Comfortable in basic statistical analysis, modeling, clustering and data mining techniques that identify trends and insights
  • Strong SQL sills, comfortable working with Tableau and Power BI, experiencewith Python or R, experience working in Azure
  • Passion for data investigation and telling stories with data
  • Exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to incorporate a variety of data sources in analysis
  • Engage internal development team to identify Unilever best practices and recommendations to meet the deliverable needs
  • Develop novel ways to help business partners achieve objectives through analysis and modelling
  • Utilize machine learning to create repeatable, dynamic, and scalable models
  • Have passion to advocate and educate on the value and importance of data driven decision making and analytical methods
  • Identify and develop long-term data science processes, frameworks, tools, and standards
