Main Accountabilities
The Unilever Food Solution Business Excellence team is comprised of market intelligence, data science and disruptive technology deployment. As the Data Analyst you will focus on data from Marketing & Sales to increase ‘reach’ and ‘penetration’ through engaging chefs with our various platforms. This is achieved by continuous integrated, hybrid customer journeys. Digital touchpoints like the web shop, segmented & personalized campaigns, apps, and customer journey optimization are therefore priority number one. Data plays a crucial role in the success in these touchpoints.
Through data we:
Build a stable and strong foundation that the business can rely on, Deliver insights through reports to guide and drive the right decisions, Enable performance measurement to enhance and improve the business results,
You will work closely in a team with Data Engineers and Data Scientists, where your job will be to harmonize, visualize all information coming from their pipelines and algorithms in a user-friendly way. You will also focus on ‘data democratization’, through which we want to enable anyone to drill a few levels deep into their own data. You will deploy, design, and implement easy to use, visually appealing, actionable dashboards to drive data-driven decision making and accelerate our efforts in machine learning model development, algorithm improvements, or data-driven operator journeys.
