The Team Network and Partnership Marketing Analytics team sits within the broader Global Marketing Analytics Team. Our analysts bring together their technical expertise, business context from stakeholders and embrace ambiguity, navigating a matrix organization. Our mission is to be a trusted partner to Marketing Organization to drive value by providing data driven insights and an objective view on Programs across segments and markets. We are accountable for end-to-end marketing analytics to enable optimization to deliver great customer marketing experiences. The Role In this role, PayPal is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Network & Partnership Marketing Analytics team. The role provides exposure to Marketing Program Leads and relevant Marketing VPs sponsoring Enterprise ABM Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing analytics end to end, including but not limited to the Business casing, Deep dives, Campaign Performance readouts and optimization. The Manager will be responsible for delivering accurate, actionable recommendations to drive business performance and investment optimization. This is an individual contributor role with potential team leadership requirements on specific projects.

Job?Responsibilities?

  • Lead and perform deep-dive analyses using analytical and statistical tools on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets?

  • Lead the engagement with?Marketing’stakeholders and?other?internal customers/ stakeholder teams (Marketing Ops, Product Analytics,?Finance?etc.). They’should be able to find applicability and actionability to their work, influencing stakeholders to make the most out of the work analytics?provides

  • Manage multiple analytical projects at a time, in a fast-paced, intense, and results-oriented environment?

  • Influence stakeholders to make business decisions in alignment with global measurement approaches?

  • Liaise with Global Analytics teams to?enable knowledge sharing across Analytics community. To drive alignment on the adoption of Tools, educating stakeholders to rely on them whenever applicable

Job?Requirements?

  • Bachelor’s?or?Master’s?degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science,?Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics,? Economics,? Business?or a related field?

  • 5+ years professional experience in an analytical role?

  • Be an independent thinker, able to?operate?autonomously on projects with complexity both on the technical side and on the business implications’side?

  • Be a coach for younger team members, both on technical and non-technical topics?

  • Capacity to influence stakeholders, maintaining the right balance of assertiveness and healthy business relationships??

  • Ability to structure complex problems in simple terms?

  • Strong?communication and?interpersonal skills with a passion for seeking the?truth?

  • Knowledge of statistics (Multivariate Statistics, Regression modeling, Predictive modeling, Controlled Test design, Time-Series modeling)??

  • Strong technical skills: SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Qlik, Notebooks,?BigQuery
