You will rotate through four of the different GCSC functional areas (Credit Risk, Seller Risk, Collections, Intelligence and Controls) for approximately six months at a time. This development will be accomplished not only as you actively participate in different workstreams within GCSC functional areas, but also through a combination of mentoring and networking. You will be provided a dedicated mentor that will meet with you regularly to determine an actionable plan for your long-term career progression. You will also be provided many opportunities to grow your professional network throughout GCSC and the larger PayPal teams.

The specific positions you fill will vary depending on the functional area you are supporting during your different rotations providing experiences across the entire GCSC organization. During each rotation you will be expected to support analytical efforts that help inform and drive decisions by engaging with GCSC leadership. As a thought leader, you will recommend improvements to existing frameworks, processes and metrics that ultimately ensure the success and growth of PayPal’s business portfolios.
