Develop, track, and report key product metrics on company-wide strategic product initiatives - Define, develop, enhance, and produce effective reporting for various levels of management team based on the right set of metrics related to the annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily operations of the product teams. ? Drive cross functional product analytics roadmaps, develop new tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to help scale analytics capabilities with the growth of the organization and company. ? Provide in-depth analysis on product adoption or customer maturity KPI and drive adoption strategies. ? Develop and deliver presentations, memos, and reports for the executive team. And iterate on portfolio and program management standards and successfully deploy across the product analytics organization. ? Demonstrate a curiosity and a lean towards challenging existing processes to continuously optimize. Assist with the development of business case and business value analyses. ? Support the vision and values of the Program Management & Communications team by leading domain specific education learning series, communications creation and x-domain firedrill support and other team initiatives as requested.
