The Global Business Intelligence team supports PayPal’s executives by delivering world-class performance management solutions and analytics that provide insights on key business drivers, trends, and opportunities. We are looking for a talented, ambitious, versatile, and self-motivated Project Manager to own and drive BI solutions with a focus on self-service, scale, and actionable insights. Roles and Responsibilities: ? Manage and grow a top-tier Business Intelligence team that brings together talent across different skills, advanced technology and analytics innovation ? Develop impactful relationships with stakeholders and other business leaders delivering high-impact and easy-to-use BI solutions ? Lead by influence, with strong execution skills and focus. ? Gain deep understanding of our stakeholders? needs to incrementally build a scalable BI infrastructure that goes beyond specific solutions ? Own the roadmap for BI solutions with regular prioritization for team members ? Transform high-level business requirements into detailed technical requirements for BI developers to build and test ? Drive self-service usage and solution automation while delivering high-quality business insights ? Ongoing focus on domain knowledge; ability to constantly prioritize and to deal with ambiguity. ? Play a hands-on role in leveraging advanced technology to improve data quality, data pipeline, and data visualization Desired Skills and Experience: ? 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or related functions ? Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience ? Experience in building and mentoring a strong team of BI developers and data engineers to deliver cross-functional solutions ? Familiarity with leading BI solutions ? Tableau and Qlik Sense ? and SQL basics ? Hands knowledge of Automation, BiqQuery, Python ? Proven experience in solving open-ended business problems via efficient and effective BI solutions developed in collaboration with stakeholders through agile approach ? Strong analytical skills including experience, familiarity, and ease with analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets ? Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and team members to deliver BI solutions efficiently ? Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-pace environment ? Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics. MBA/MS is a plus ? Experience in Fintech/Banking/Credit/Payment industry a strong plus
