PayPal's GCSC Risk Organization is responsible for managing risk throughout the customer lifecycle. This is an exciting organization where contributions have a direct P&L impact. This role is part of the GCSC – Seller risk BI team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, predictive analytics, and modelling, as well as performing research and analytics to provide data driven and actionable insights on the seller risk portfolio. As a member of the GCSC-Seller Risk-Business Intelligence Team, you will be responsible to act as a subject matter expert for Seller Risk segments (Micro, Business and Commercial) and to interact with different levels of partners and leadership to provide data driven solutions and visual infights for our business and customers that support the Seller risk strategy and goals. You will provide E2E quantitative and qualitative reviews on: fraud trends, large losses, executive escalations, root cause analysis, process improvements, test and learns, and risk indicator effectiveness to prevent loss and enable merchant business and improve customer using experience. This position is expected to demonstrate a good learning aptitude, strong problem-solving skills and innovation backed analytical ability.
