YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will analyze multi-omics and clinical datasets from patients with cardiometabolic diseases, with the goal of characterizing diabetic cardiomyopathy as a unique cause of heart failure, identifying novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers, as well as advancing our understanding of cardiometabolic diseases.

WHO YOU ARE

• Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in the analysis of multi-level omics data
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling techniques such as regression and survival analyses and/or strong expertise in machine learning / deep learning
• A background in cardiovascular biology, particularly cardiometabolic disease would be of advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
