YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Manager Digital Data Science are to:

  • Use Machine Learning algorithms to understand behavioral cohorts of consumers, derived from digital media audiences based on combination of lifestyle choices, health conditions and demographics;
  • Understand unique path to purchase avenues for Consumer product, Retail and E-commerce channels and contact innovation;
  • Create and scale applications to support transition of audience generation from 3rd party market place to first party platforms;
  • Deploy and test the impact of dynamic content against scores of audience profiles that are life-style and health condition driven;
  • Test, learn and scale;
  • Develop short term digital attribution models based on path to purchase while controlling for select market conditions;
  • Leverage foundational knowledge and experience in working with various data sources and methodologies in the development of a Consumer Data Platform (CDP) that includes consumer insight and WHO persona development, audience modeling and development and closed loop attribution modeling;
  • Leverage core understanding of data landscape and modeling that includes ad exposure and response data, retail & other 3rd party transaction data together with demographics/lifestyle and various 1st party data attributes to build on a 1st party data vision;
  • Work closely with Human Truths and Digital Media teams on how to creatively leverage this rich data asset for their respective insight, segmentation, measurement, and activation needs;
  • Identify data gaps and advocate for additional data sources to meet unmet marketplace needs;
  • Work independently in a virtual, networked environment;
  • Deliver project outcomes;
  • Build frameworks and quality control mechanisms to ensure highest levels of data integrity;
  • Serve as a thought partner for functional counterparts to inform usage of predictive methods/tools for enhancing business units’ needs;
  • Identify and build relationships with potential external consulting firms/vendors or parties who may assist in the building of the predictive analytics capability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to gather, transform and analyze data to create custom solutions;

  • Ability to effectively manage suppliers;
  • Proficient with direct and/or interactive marketing test design including A/B Testing for media;
  • Demonstrate history of innovation with emerging ad platforms, data, measurement, or analysis techniques;
  • Good Understanding of CDPs role in the market and the broader AdTech/MarTech space;
  • Have critical thinking;
  • Be capable of generating consistently accurate, useful reports;
  • Experience in translating data into actionable insight relevant to marketing program objectives;
  • Proficient in integrating multiple data sources (1st-party, 3rd-party,media activity) and utilizing creative analytical approaches to answerclient audience insight or performance questions;
  • Fit to Win skills;
  • Excellent financial management skills to critically and objectively assess programs and cost investments versus results;
  • Ability to streamline operational processes;
  • Superior analytical ability, assessing different models and related outputs, with understanding of impact;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Be able to create an environment that encourages innovation and risk taking;
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortability with digital programs and platforms, including strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of digital strategy development, digital strategies, channels, and measurement/analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital consumer data platforms;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/Social Media Analytics.

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $150,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
