Job Description

• Support of business and innovation projects in the area of across all commercial areas, especially on the digital health capabilities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and across roles in digital transformation &IT to provide the decision science solution and execute the digital strategy, including understanding business needs, identifying eligible data sources, fitting into architecture and designing & implementing AI solutions
• Perform complex modelling, trending technology, machine learning and deep learning modeling with internal and external sources.
• Maintain awareness of state-of-the-art application of AI in life science industries and research field, search and explore external opportunities with academia and new solution vendors.
• Lead scaling up activities transforming data science prototype to end to end solutions

WHO YOU ARE

• Master’s degrees or PhD. in machine learning, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, with strong application experiences
• 5+ years industry experience or very strong academic records
• Expert level knowledge in at least one of the following areas: machine learning, deep learning such as TensorFlow, privacy computing, federated learning, NLP, MCMC or suggestion system
• Profound experience in cloud computing and handling large volumes of data
• Very good coding knowledge in Python
• Strong business analyst skills and across functional communication
• Strong skills in presentation of results and outlining of solutions to the Business
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and agile environment
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
