YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Analyst Supply Perf and Analytics, are to:

• Support (Supply Chain Management) SCM Bayer Consumer reporting as needed. KPI Owner with oversight and responsibility for adjustments and data analysis/simulations to optimize decisions related to Cost, Cash and Service (e.g., risk assessments, capacity planning, etc.);
• Supports Service level reporting to global SCM and root-cause analysis;
• Business process and improvement for SCM metrics reporting, (Case Fill Rate, OTIF, Service Level, Obsolescence, Inventory DOS, and future KPI performance);
• Establish standard reporting, training, and develop executive update;
• Support Supply Chain leadership team through preparation of presentations, analyses, simulations to anticipate risks and enable decision-making;
• Support the Bayer Consumer Health U.S. S&OP process governance, content preparation and storytelling. This includes specific analysis and root cause analysis for continuous improvement and S&OP decision making;
• Support analysis, preparation and continuous improvement of Obsolescence process and SC Financial impacts;
• Lead improvements to dashboards and executive summary visualization in collaboration with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and cross functional teams;
• Coordinate, document and improve cross functional processes related to cycle reporting for S&OP, New Product Launches and Portfolio Strengthening;
• Design, support an develop reporting solutions for efficient and effective management of the supply chain (e.g., cockpits, dashboards, scenario and contingency planning, etc.);
• Strong collaboration with Operations and Innovations (O&I) and IT for system error correction, new systems, upgrades and process improvements;
• Support data driven supply chain through development and enhancement of existing reporting capabilities through automation and adoption of innovative analytic tools deployment where possible;
• Collaborate in initiative to connect data and analytics across PS including Procurement, SCM, Demand Planning and Plans Operations.

Required Qualifications:

• University Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Planning, Business or a technical discipline with at least four years of supply chain experience or a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Planning, Business or a technical discipline with at least two years of supply chain experience;
• Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) S&OP, Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting and Logistics;
• Demonstrated target and performance driven attitude with successful track record leading projects;
• Very strong analytical ability and experience optimizing overall supply chain performance including, customer service, inventory management and end to end supply chain costs;
• Experience working with various software packages: Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters in Data Science, SC Analytics;
• Experience in advanced analytics software and programming is preferred (Tableau, SQL, etc.);
• Experience managing supply chain planning and data collection in Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP)/APO;
• Experienced in application of Operational Excellence (OE)/Lean methodology is preferred, six sigma green belt.
