The global Consumer Analytics team is a one stop shop for data-driven decision making to enable the best possible consumer experience for Bayer Consumer Health.

You will be part of the Bayer Consumer Health Data Assets & Analytics organization and will have responsibility for Consumer Analytics initiatives from ideation, design, delivery, adoption to support, in close collaboration with the Consumer Platform. You will partner with business sponsors, data science, and technical engineering teams to identify solutions where analytics can be used to differentiate our offering and add value to our consumers. You will be responsible for:

  • Through active engagement provide governance on global Bayer digital analytics framework in more than 2000 properties and ensure consumer focus by actively managing data privacy requirements
  • Onboard and guide technical resources for Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager implementations (incl. debugging/troubleshooting) such as global external partners and local agencies
  • Drive global Google Analytics 4 implementation project
  • Build documentation and guidelines to assist external and internal partners
  • Evangelize and raise awareness for advanced functionalities that can be leveraged in Google Analytics and partner with Google to be aware of future features and changes
  • Provide process consulting for website / app optimization projects Provide active coordination between global and local marketing, global external partners and IT consumer platform
  • Constantly review the framework to adapt to new trends and demands by ensuring a strong change management process is in place

We would expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing science or equivalent education
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience (e.g. digital analytics or digital marketing)
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing processes and the IT tools that support them
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Deep and hands-on knowledge of Google ecosystem such as Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Display & Video 360
  • Good knowledge of web/app development, APIs and scripting skills (e.g. JavaScript)
  • Knowledge in consent management platform (e.g. OneTrust) is an advantage
  • Result-driven working style as well as proven project management skills
  • Self-starter and capable to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders from various hierarchy levels (e.g. marketeers, developers, senior management)
  • Ability to evolve analytics strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
