Job Description

Learning & Training

  • Process contact for the global training processes within Bayer, including exchange with functional leadership and Global Process Owners
  • Coordinate, execute and show topic ownership in global programs as well as support the assurance of quality standards
  • Central contact person for new inquires and requests regarding the global training process and support other colleagues within the team 
  • Make process-related decisions while taking the service structure into account as well as first contact person for process escalations
  • Support the team lead in operation clarification and coordination of tasks within the team 
  • Independent handling of tasks in cross-functional projects and special topics
  • Proactive initiation, coordination and implementation of process harmonization, standardization, and optimization

LMS (myLearning) Training

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for training on the SAP SuccessFactors My Learning system, as part of GxP regulations
  • Maintains and improves quality standards within the associated organization. Ensure appropriate metrics (including third party KPIs) for local organization in line with global governance.
  • Create and maintain training materials for administrators and end users of My Learning, including videos, job aides, PowerPoint presentations, FAQs, and working instructions
  • Coordinate global community of internal My Learning admin trainers and perform onboarding and train-the-trainer sessions for new trainers
  • Organize quarterly My Learning admin trainings with HR trainers, conduct trainings and delta trainings when necessary 
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, SME Testing, and IT to understand changes to the My Learning system and then translate that into training materials
  • Inform My Learning admin community of updates and changes via various communication channels
  • Process access requests for new My Learning admins from HR globally 

Reporting

  • First point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners for all questions relating to the global training reporting process
  • Coordinate, execute and show topic ownership in global reporting process as well as support the assurance of quality standards
  • Responsible for a consistent and precise preparation of complex ad hoc and regular reports and analysis
  • Test and validate new reporting functionality within the current Learning systems
  • Deliver proactive and high-quality support for complex inquiries and take responsibility for finding timely and accurate solutions
  • Support the team lead in operation clarification and coordination of tasks within the team 
  • Offer guidance and support to other Learning & Training reporting experts. 
  • Independent handling of tasks in cross-functional projects and special topics
  • Proactive initiation, coordination and implementation of process harmonization, standardization, and optimization

Issue Management

  • Ensures cross functional alignment. Initiates dialogues for issues that cannot be resolved within small sub groups.

Internal Projects and Innovation

  • Champions continuous improvement strategies within the team and its scope of service. 

Knowledge Management

  • Able to utilize technical knowledge to conceptualize and drive cross discipline process improvement initiatives.

Others:

  • Has clear overview about HR processes, changes, project requests and developments within the countries in scope and supports in coordination as needed.
  • Ensures contact with Global HR Community and proactively drives the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces for countries covered.
  • Drives a work culture within the organization that promotes teamwork and sharing within HROP globally.
  • Supports the HROP Team lead in coordinating workload of the organization.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably with HR background
  • Knowledge of common HR activities preferably in the area of learning and training
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Strong hands-on attitude along with self and time management skills and a structured way of working
  • High level of flexibility to be able to react to changing situations
  • Mindset of challenging the status quo and embracing change in an ever-evolving business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong focus on service excellence and a passion for working in an international setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize workload of multiple activities while maintaining a high level of customer service in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive assignments to their completion
  • Demonstrates ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts
