Meta's Marketing Science team is passionate about data and measurement. We are a diverse set of researchers, analysts, data scientists and content experts shaping and defining the future of marketing. We’re looking for inspired people to come build with us. The Marketing Science Partner will be responsible for managing the overall measurement agenda with clients including developing individual relationships with key influencers, developing and deploying programs that can scale the learnings. This position will advise internal and external clients on strategy and measurement, with them on an ongoing basis to adopt measurement practices and products as a way to improve business performance and achieve differentiation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a passion for generating data-based insights. You'll have the change to demonstrate talent on taking complex concepts and distilling them into clear accessible formats. This role will challenge you to not only provide strategic direction to advertisers on their measurement efforts, but also to develop strategic insights into marketing on the Meta platform.

Marketing Science Partner Responsibilities

  • Work with a broad array of Meta advertisers and agencies to support clients in measuring true business value and growing their businesses through Meta's ad platforms
  • Conduct in-depth custom analysis and ad effectiveness studies to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media
  • Partner with Meta's sales team to deliver customized consultancy services for a small set of clients
  • Support the sales team in applying measurement best practices across clients of all sizes
  • Deliver training and inspirational sessions for groups of all sizes both internally and externally
  • Communicate complex research results to general audiences
  • Support the marketing and scaling teams in promoting learnings in their material (case studies, white papers, and presentations) extracting value from the learnings that makes sense to the clients
  • Drive adoption of Meta measurement solutions and standards when relevant for all partners
  • Work cross functionally between sales, marketing, and the engineering teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated with future plans

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proactive learning mindset
  • Direct experience independently scoping and executing analytical projects from start to finish
  • BA/BS degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Socials Sciences, Mathematics, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience using data to support decision making
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience with analytical tools such as advanced Excel, statistical packages, such as SAS, R, Stata, Python along with the understanding of main statistics concepts
  • Availability to travel occasionally after Covid restrictions
  • Communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence clients
  • Experience communicating technical content to general audiences
  • Experience applying data insights to solving complex business problems
  • Advanced SQL skills
