In this role, you will help support the Content Org’s strategic priorities, outline data-driven strategic decisions, and frame actionable recommendations. This is a hybrid role that is a mix of Production and Operations. You will help shape and execute on our long term content strategy by leveraging operational program management skills with a deep understanding of what it takes to build Content.
You will serve as an accelerant to a wide variety of investment and content types. Gaming, Fitness, Entertainment, Horizon, and Application content across a mix of internally built, fully funded, and partially funded deal models. This role calls for a driver who can bring together the right stakeholders, develop frameworks, align on tradeoffs, and move to next steps. This role will closely partner with the VP, Head of Studios, VP, Head of Metaverse Content Platform, Horizon leadership, and key XFNs across the company.
In addition to the above, you’ll be the point person to drive strategic program management and execution leadership on programs ranging from headcount allocation and tracking, opex allocation and tracking, team operations, process improvement, and employee engagement programs, enabling our team to execute and innovate at speed. You will help the VP, Metaverse Content leadership effectively allocate resources, both within and across product portfolios, by providing a holistic understanding of our content investments, products, markets, and more.

$298,000/year to $347,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
