Job Description

 What you will do:

· Leverage complex multi-variable statistical processes (time series regression, logistic regression etc.) to independently execute reporting and analytics to support evaluation of marketing performance

· Transform model results into insights to help stakeholders understand opportunities to drive business value

· Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into the business operations and to validate data

· Ability to perform basic ETL (extract, transform, load) in order to prepare the data for the analytics

What you will need:

· Minimum 1 years professional work experience

· Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to summarize and present complex analytics to cross functional teams

· Experience with various analytic, data mining and machine learning methodologies including: multivariate regression, glm, clustering, time series regression, and classification models

· Experience with internal and external consulting

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate and timely work

· Experience with R or Python

What will set you apart:

· 1-3 years professional work experience

· High proficiency with using R or Python for data science

· Prior work experience within media agency or analytics consulting firm

· Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies

· Experience with SQL and relational databases

Required Education

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering or operations research

Preferred Education

· Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering or operations research.
