shopDisney APAC is seeking an experienced Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce Growth Manager in all aspects of data analytics, including aggregating all the data from digital assets, preparing reports, conducting analysis, building dashboards and visualisations. The primary objective of this role is to transform data into readable, goal-oriented reports that support effective business decision making and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, such as websites, social media, email marketing and advertising platforms to generate actionable insights that improve customer engagement and conversion growth
  • Accountable for managing all data including marketing data, customer data, website data, product and logistics data maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that improve customer experience and drive revenue growth
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that optimize business performance and inform business decisions
  • Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable teams to visualize data insights to monitor performance and derive insights
  • Create and maintain documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders and pro-actively
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, marketing teams, and external partners
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and generate insights
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and experience working with databases
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy or other data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player and collaborator
  • Ability to collaborate successfully in matrix and multinational organization
  • Able to work across a range of stakeholders to support their digital projects, providing input and insight on audiences, measurement and performance
