Job Description

Within GDD, our main statistical computing environment is used for submission-related as well as exploratory data science activities. Hosting a wide range of scientific software, the goal is to provide a robust and state-of-the-art platform for our 1500+ users. We are looking for someone to ensure customer satisfaction and continued improvement of our knowledge hubs.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help users solve their problems and share best practices across teams
• Contribute to gap analyses between where our tools are today vs our core user requirements
• Help drive change management and uptake of emerging tools and ways of working
• Write technical content for our knowledge hubs, share and promote them to a wide range of users
• Track effectiveness/adoption of best practices
• Engage with various user communities to identify high priority subject areas

Minimum Requirements

What will you bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field
• Deep understanding of general GxP and computer systems validation principles
• Broad familiarity with a wide variety of technical subjects (R, python, Kubernetes, git, etc.) and the ability to provide useful examples and insights to teach others
• Familiarity with writing content using (R)markdown and/or quarto.
• Ability to understand and communicate with many different stakeholders, e.g., those in business, IT and quality.
• A solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
