Job Description

• Create and deliver high complexity sales force Incentive Operations support using Javelin as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.) and drive excellent customer service.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate, reconcile and support process improvement efforts for incentive calculations.
• Perform audits of all data sources to confirm accuracy and functionality of system/process and manage issue resolution with teams and ensure all in-ternal audit controls are effective.
• Deliver services through structured project management approach with ap-propriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
• Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function.
• Develops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Novartis operating markets, etc.
• Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization. Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function.
• Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• MBA with Graduate / Postgraduate in Technology or Data Science related domains.
• Experience (3-4 years) in analytics-based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain. Should have an understanding of pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment.

Desirable requirement:

• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach.
• Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment pharmaceutical field excellence domain knowledge and experience.
