This role support the Business Partners for Innovative Medicines/ Field Engagement drives and ensures that DDIT global, region and country (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other DDIT functions
• Partner with business to drive business transformation programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes
• Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by programs, projects, products
• Develop knowledge above silos across business functions and ensure business accountabilities are executed
• Improve the ‘ease of engagement’ with DDIT for the business
• Responsibly define, plan and execute commercial initiatives following the Novartis principles of going big on data & digital
• Drive enablement of digital capabilities for the Commercial Domain in close cooperation with DDIT delivery teams and IM BE&E and CE&E teams.
• Obtain understanding of business and IT processes across commercial platforms
• Collaborate with Service Operation team to manage the situations when critical issues happen
• Act as IT professional to drive initiatives and move things forward with global team.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Background / experience on big data technologies and related capabilities for data Analytics, AI/ML, exploratory, Data Science etc. (like but not limited to: Python, Jupyter Notebooks, SageMaker, SnowFlake, Databirks)

- Experience in preparing and leveraging data for (advanced) analytics & generating business insights.

- 2+ years’ experience in multiple assignments in IT, preferably relating to Marketing & Sales, in large, multi-national companies.

- Experience to work in complex organizational environments (e.g. matrix organizations).

- Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art IT technologies and best practices around commercial capabilities (SFE, BI, ML/AI, MA etc)

- Experience in Veeva, Salesforce, Informatica, SAP, Workday, Master Data Management, Website technology, Google Analytics is a plus

- Good understanding of commercial business processes and experienced is a plus.

- Healthcare industry including FMCG experience & understanding commercial business process is a plus
