Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Work across teams to provide technical guidance and support the entire development process of the product.
• Develop a well thought out plan which helps Data scientists to produce a program which meets the needs of Business
• Prepare a training manual that can be used by application users.
• Attend meetings with Business, data scientists, SQL developers, Business planning analysts, and other staff.
• Improves operations by completing systems analysis work.
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation and model implementation
• Deliver production-ready code
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Degree in Computer Science or other related Bachelor
• 5+ years of experience in a technology related field such as software engineer or developer
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• 3+ years of Python Programming experience
• Expertise in functional specifically in Python
• Experience in databases (Ms SQL preferred)
• Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures
• Experience in writing unit tests
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation is a plus

Desirable requirements:

• Object-oriented programming in Python is a plus
• Familiarity with GitHub or any other version controlling tool
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and problem solving
• Understanding of machine learning is a plus
• Experience with libraries such as pandas, numPy, sciPy, scikit-learn, pyspark is a plus
