Job Description

Objectives of the position:

The Health Tech Solution Manager plays a key role and ensures that our business model is expanded and/or supplemented with digital services. He sees himself as an internal strategy consultant, innovator and scout or product manager for customer-centric digital solutions.

Your tasks:

• Scouting of startups in the field of Digital Health & Healthcare Solutions
• Proactively work with new (and old) partners in healthcare to open up new business areas and to live cooperation
• Development of business model innovations based on current problems in the different business areas
• Proactive design of user-centric digital products and services based on test & learn methods to open up new markets
• Management of external service providers / agencies
• Transfer of digital topics to the entire company - also on a global level

minimum requirement

Your skills:

• Completed studies in business administration (preferably health economics), computer science or natural sciences, customer experience, user experience and at least 2 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Background in computer science, design, data science or business administration
• Core competencies include effective project management in coordination with numerous stakeholders as well as direct but diplomatic communication.
• Analytical thinking and working
