What you’ll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Future of Work Insights

Work Area: Human Resources

Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)

Expected start date: August, 2023

In this role, you’ll:

  • Learn from and collaborate with industry experts in employee experience management, survey design and execution, people analytics, and data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to SAP's global employee engagement program, #Unfiltered, by collecting and analyzing employee feedback, generating insights, and translating them into actionable initiatives.
  • Experience a Scrum setup where you'll immerse in an open and agile team culture, taking on responsibilities that align with your interests and growing both personally and professionally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee support within our global #Unfiltered program, gaining firsthand experience in a leading feedback culture initiative.
  • Facilitate enablement sessions and support creation of effective and targeted communication assets for different stakeholders (from C-Levels to all employees).
  • Utilize data science tools like R for data analysis, including predictive models, data wrangling and text mining and translate insights into data storytelling.
  • Gain hands-on experience in implementing EX requests using Qualtrics, including survey setup, dashboard design, and Text iQ/Sentiment Analysis.
  • Assist in consulting stakeholders on Employee Experience requests, including survey design and focus group discussions.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • We are looking for someone who is passionate for people and people data and is committed learning and growing
  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred fields of study: Social and psychological sciences, Business Administration, Economics or comparable with an HR background
  • Experienced in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint)
  • Familiarity with tools such as R, or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German as a plus
  • Conscientious and analytical with good interpersonal communication and time management. Creative and resourceful with a self-starter attitude and a can-do mindset.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
