As the Customer eXperience & Solutions (CXS) team, we develop products, solutions, support and services that enable the digital transformation of our customers.

ABOUT US

• The CXS Development, Technology and Infrastructure team belongs to Customer Solutions Support and Innovation (CSI) in the Product Engineering (PE) domain.
• As market leaders in application lifecycle management and service delivery, we develop automated and data-driven services based on the SAP Cloud Platform to support the full lifecycle of the database. SAP data and all SAP solutions.
• Our team focuses on automated service applications using SAP CXS Data Lake and AI.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The SAP system is a complex entity comprising hundreds or even thousands of possible configurations and uses. SAP experts provide automated checks to continuously verify client systems for optimal configuration and use at the database and application levels.

The objective of the thesis will be to develop new innovative automated control algorithms combining the simultaneous use of both structured and non-structured (textual) data.

The proprietary SAP datasets provided will consist of technical metrics describing server load (CPU, disk, RAM usage, etc.) and their configurations over a period of more than a year from numerous reported systems, incidents by customers and best practices, solutions and fixes provided by SAP experts

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Have a Master of Science in Mathematics or Data Science
• Knowledge and experience of Deep Learning
• Knowledge of NLP methods is a plus
• Development experience (for example: Python, PySpark, PyTorch …)
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong analytical skills, results oriented, good conceptual thinking skills, autonomy
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Good knowledge of English, French is advantage

• Design, training, validation and analysis of learning models
• Ability to perform evaluation and selection of current technologies.
