What you'll do

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage complex projects including documentation of global processes and enablement, and coordination of work between various teams
• Assist in designing and deploying leadership learning and assessment solutions across the business segments and regions. This includes supporting the analysis of data to ensure new assessment solutions are valid, reliable and non-discriminatory.
• Collaborate across the team and with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the project milestones are achieved

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Data Science, Business Psychology / IO Psychology, Applied Statistics, Human Resources
• Computer skills: Microsoft Teams; PowerPoint, Excel, exposure to various tools for data analysis and data visualization
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German
• Soft skills: Collaboration, Project Management, Communicating complex concepts through data visualization. 
• Others: Experience with psychometrics and item analysis (confirmatory factor analysis, ICC reliability measurements, etc.)

The Leadership Development (LD) Design Team are involved in the creation of individual and intact team learning offerings, in alignment with the learning journeys, SAP's leadership credo, and to shape leaders' strategy on developing high performing teams to reach our 2025 aspirations.

The Design Team is incredibly collaborative, fun, and focused on doing great work while learning and growing.
