Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our multinational team of experts, focused on addressing service and support challenges within our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge in machine learning, data analysis, and problem-solving to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design and implement machine learning models, and continuously refine our approaches. Your expertise will play a critical role in advancing our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our global customers.

THE ROLE

• Be in charge of the entire machine learning lifecycle (research, design, experimentation, development. deployment) 
• Implement machine learning algorithms and libraries 
• Design and develop large scale training and deployment systems, using multiple GPU's and servers, dedicated H/W, Multi-threading and Parallelization 
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop data and model pipelines
• Apply machine learning and data science techniques and design distributed systems
• Write production-level code , bring code to production, engage in code reviews

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• PhD degree in Data Science or Machine Learning
• 3-8 years of Industry experience with writing code (e.g. Python) and taking ML models/ algorithms from conception to production, designing and implementing machine learning pipelines in production environments
• Extensive knowledge of machine learning evaluation metrics and best practices, as well as experience in building, formalizing and evaluating of machine learning model
• Solid expertise in Doker, Kubernetes, KubeFLow, MLFlow
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, customer-oriented attitude, good strategical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
