Job Description
You’ll be working on a variety of the services, tools and components and will be actively involved in all aspects of development. You will also be expected to
- Design and build high-performing, reliable solutions for high-throughput, distributed systems using a variety of third-party and eBay internal libraries and frameworks
- Integrate closely w/ colleagues in different functional groups and remote offices
- Communicate effectively within your team and across teams
- Balance strong ownership and teamwork
- Research, innovate, deliver and grow
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field plus 8+ years work experience or MS with 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience developing iOS applications & commercial software with Objective C and Swift
- Experience with SwiftUI
- Experience with Jira (or other issue tracking software), familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, exposure to the Agile process
- Experience with X-Code, GIT, profilers and debuggers
- Experience integrating with web services & using HTTP, TCP/IP and databases
- Knowledge of core CS concepts such as common data structures and algorithms
- Code samples from private github repos, side projects, and open source project contributions is a plus
