The Marketing Technology team is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager responsible for evolving MarTech systems for Customer Marketing Experiences. The product manager will work closely with our agile engineering teams to define scalable, reusable solutions, prioritize backlogs and drive outcomes while working closely with business stakeholders to achieve their strategic objectives.

The Customer Marketing Experiences team is responsible for delivering transactional and marketing messaging at scale across multiple channels, including email, push and onsite. Solutions are built upon our Unified Experience Platform and reliably delivers billions of messages to eBay buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and execute the Customer Marketing Experiences roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders within Marketing and the wider eBay ecosystem to set priorities and define required capabilities
  • Participate in agile software development in collaboration with Engineering and Program Management teams
  • Create a long-term vision for Customer Marketing Experiences that supports business goals and leverages automation and repeatability of solutions
  • Identify new product opportunities and improve existing products
  • Analyze product metrics and use data to inform product decisions and strategy
  • Communicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years in a product management role with at least 3 years in an agile environment
  • Track record of successful delivery of enterprise applications
  • Experience coordinating with data science teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into products
  • Domain expertise in AdTech and MarTech
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below.

$168,400 - $262,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
