Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of computational research to define mechanistic disease profiles from multi-omic data (transcriptome, proteome, interactome, etc)
  • Connect therapeutic hypotheses generated from experimental multi-omic data to specific patient populations (e.g. using supervised classification, machine learning approaches)
  • Collaborate as part of cross-functional teams to integrate cardiovascular cellular models of disease with multi-modal patient profiling data (genetics, imaging, EHR)
  • Work with internal and external partners (in academia and industry) to collect functional data and develop integrative methods to empower future precision discovery efforts in CV.
