Desired Candidate Characteristics: • Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare • Ability to understand the needs of the business and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption • Able to collaborate across multiple teams • Demonstrated leadership experience • Excellent communication skills • Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo • Agility to learn new tools and processes Key Responsibilities • Develop, plan and maintain an enterprise workstation imaging and deployment process • Design “Modern Workplace” solutions configuring complex architectures based on Microsoft Endpoint manager and intune • Ability to lead the enhancement build and operate of a modern desktop management environment including technology such as Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot Hardware Lifecycle testing, validation and change control • Device management, policy design, testing and implementation of compliance policies • Create and maintain endpoint security baselines using endpoint analytics • Automate Patch/update schedules and respond to critical vulnerability threats • Custom scripting and automation • System troubleshooting and reporting • Create and maintain documentation pertinent to endpoint management and intune configuration Qualifications & Experience • Requires thorough advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts of a discipline and developed knowledge of other related disciplines, typically gained through work experience. • Works predominately within established procedures. Actively participates in troubleshooting of routine problems. • Makes decisions that impact own work and other groups/teams. Works under minimal supervision. May act as a technical point of contact. Acts as a functional mentor to more junior team members. May represent team or function on program or project teams. • Broad understanding of Windows 10 and mobile operating systems and the ability to lead change in a large complex desktop environment. • Modern cloud desktop management experience including technology such as Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot • Ability to lead the design, build and operate of a modern desktop management environment and work within the Agile Product Development methodology • 5+ years of experience in provisioning, migrating, and managing end user computing and related services using MS SCCM, Intune • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, systems management, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Federation, MFA and Conditional Access • Provide technical engineering support across our enterprise for end-user computing platforms for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, device configuration, and technical refresh. Endpoint Protection • Strong communicator Must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization and articulate details of a solution, problem or initiative in both a technical and non-technical context • Advanced knowledge of vulnerability management concepts and methodologies • Does not have any supervisory responsibility, however, may act as a functional mentor to more junior team members. • Identifies key influencers and builds a network of internal/external relationships. Persuades and negotiate effectively with peers and customers on own work outcomes. • Makes decisions while understanding the team's work and how it fits into the broader enterprise. May need support from within the team or outside the team when working on broader or complex topics in understanding environment. • Identifies opportunities to improve and grow, balancing performance feedback and career development • Applies a continuous improvement mindset in enhancing efficiency, quality and effectiveness or their work outputs. • Displays understanding of performance metrics driving the team's goals and questions the external environment and its' implication on the goals and strategies. • Able to review multiple factors of data and can effectively organize information to compare and assess short and long-term implications.
