Together.Salary: £57,300 - £85,900Role clearance type: Must be able to obtain and maintain government clearanceLocation: Primary: London, Other: CheltenhamAbout Your Opportunity: As a Lead Machine Learning (ML) Engineer you will have a solid understanding of core programming/engineering concepts with deep knowledge of how to apply this to Machine learning problems. You will be forward thinking, able to look at new/original problems and propose solutions as well as providing quick proof of concepts if needed. You will have experience working with both engineers and data scientists, taking concepts and providing solid enterprise solutions.Your Benefits:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Converting concepts into high quality production systems.
  • Bridging communications and development between software and data science.
  • Customer engagement and opportunity growth.
  • Representing the company through customer product demonstrations and conferences
  • Leadership, coaching & mentoring and all round role model.

Your Experience:

  • A broad understanding of ML tooling enabling you to identify the right tool for the job
  • Comfortable working with both small and big data (Pandas, Spark, NiFi)
  • Productionising and optimising (Fine tuning, Quantization, Pruning) ML models using ML frameworks (Preferably PyTorch)
  • System design both On Prem & Cloud (preferably AWS)
  • Building and deploying in a cloud environment (primarily AWS) utilising native tooling such as SageMaker/ECS but also EC2 deployment
