As a data insight analyst, you will be curious, detail-oriented, and ethically conscious. You seek to ask questions about people, the business, and how we can use data to find solutions. You are a strategic thinker who can translate data to enable well-informed people decisions and strategic business outcomes.

This position can be filled at the Data Insight Analyst or Principal Data Insight Analyst level.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, teammates, and business leaders to identify challenges and empower organizations with data, developing automated solutions where appropriate
• Define, collect, and manipulate data sets to create structured hypotheses, identify patterns, and derive insights to drive decision making
• Communicate results to an executive audience to effectively tell the data story
• Create data visualizations using common tools

Basic Qualifications:

• Data Insight Analyst: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience or master's degree in a related field with 1 year of relevant experience
• Principal Data Insight Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases using SQL
• Proficient in developing and designing data visualizations using Tableau
• Experience collaborating on projects with multiple teams, managing relationships, and communicating findings to audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of statistical concepts or exposure to other data science domains
• Experience using Python, R, or another scripting language
• Experience with people analytics and/or the appropriate handling of confidential data
