Your future duties and responsibilities:

You are passionate about the field of Data and already have significant experience in project implementation using agile methodology.

Your role within the Digital Innovation Center will have many facets, all oriented towards a single objective: contributing to the digital transformation and success of our clients. As a Scrum Master DATA, you will be integrated into a group of Data specialist consultants, on stimulating projects. Your missions will be as follows:

- Support our clients and our teams in adopting the agile methodology

- Design, build, lead and monitor a project from receipt of customer needs until it is put into production

- Operationally ensure the completion of projects agile and manage project teams (facilitation of daily agile rituals, backlog refinement, demo, retro, sprint planning)

- Coach the project team (PO/PPO, dev team.) in the use of these rituals

- Enforce good practices agile practices and facilitate communication between clients and our teams.

- Design and implement agile boards (Jira)

- Contribute to customer satisfaction through a spirit of service and quality achievements of the entire team for which you will be responsible.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

We are looking for a person with:

- Mastery of agile management (Scrum, Safe, etc.)

- Knowledge of Data architecture

- An understanding of the challenges of data transformation in companies

- Significant first experience (3 years or more) as a as a BI, Big Data or Datascience consultant

- Good writing and reporting skills

- Leadership
