Job Description

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As Director of AI within our Auvergne Rhone-Alpes Switzerland entity, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, development and implementation of our AI offering for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and drive the strategic vision of AI within our entity.
  • Construction and monitoring of our entity's AI business plan
  • Collaborate with sales forces to understand our customers' AI needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop a multi-sector offer on the implementation of AI for our clients
  • Evangelize the implementation of AI to the client and present our know-how
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of several dozen experts in AI and in data science.
  • Define and validate surrounding investments, such as the implementation of POC or training
  • Provide advice and expertise on AI projects, from design to production.
  • Ensure constant technological monitoring to stay at the forefront of advances in AI.

Your understanding of AI issues, your commitment and your dynamism allow you to participate in the growth of CGI's activities in the field of AI.

Reporting to a sectoral VP, you will report to the entire Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Switzerland management committee on the development of the AI ​​offer.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Higher education BAC +5 (engineering school, business or equivalent)
  • Minimum eight years of experience including at least two in the field of AI
  • Strong expertise in AI / ML
  • Ability to build an offer for our clients
  • Ability to lead a community
  • Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Business development with clients

  • Sense of commitment
  • English: C1 level
