Job Description

You are a potential candidate with initial contact points or already in-depth experience in topics such as big data analytics, data mining, business intelligence, data warehouse or data management.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a project manager or business analyst (m/f/d), you will support banks and financial service providers in optimizing their financial and data processes as part of multidisciplinary consulting processes. You will design this from analysis and conception to the implementation of measures to optimize the finance IT architecture, in particular to improve data quality while at the same time ensuring regulatory requirements. The goals of these projects are to bring data with its maximum potential into the business processes of banks and to ensure optimal use in operational operations.

In addition, these other tasks are part of your area of activity:

• Development of digitalization strategies including operating models, governance models as well as process and workflow automation (including robotics process automation)
• Advice on the optimization of planning and forecasting processes through (predictive) analytics
• Strategic quality assurance Projects with regard to project management and reporting, professional and technical requirements/concepts, implementation, test activities and implementation
• Responsibility for project progress and professional leadership of team members

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You have a degree in business informatics, business mathematics or economics with a focus on information management/data science and at least 3 years of professional experience in consulting or in your field. In addition to your technical know-how, you also have social skills. You are able to actively listen and analyze customer requirements in depth. You are characterized by a convincing appearance, enjoyment of team-oriented work and mental flexibility.

Your competencies include:

• In-depth experience in the areas of data management, big data analytics, data science, data mining, business intelligence and / or data warehouse
• Good methodological knowledge in business analysis
• Project experience in an agile environment (SCRUM, SAFe)
• Interest in complex issues in the financial sector and innovation topics such as machine learning, robotic process automation or predictive analytics
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills

If you also have the following knowledge, this would be an advantage:

• Practical experience in the banking environment is an
